Lauren Rankin is a freelance writer and feminist activist. Her work has appeared at online publications such as Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, Salon, RH Reality Check, Talking Points Memo, TruthOut, and more. She is a board member of A is For, a reproductive rights advocacy nonprofit, and the current Vice President of the New Jersey Abortion Access Fund, which provides financial assistance to those seeking safe, legal abortion care. She has a Master of Arts in Women’s and Gender Studies from Rutgers University.
